Apparently, back painting is a thing. These body-artists are using other people's backs as a canvas to paint beautiful scenes like sunsets and meadows. A lot of them are done by guys on their girls, which is pretty sneaky.

But as with anything that starts out sweet, the Internet is going to make it twisted. Enter back painting pranks.
